Your Facilitators
Merritt Tracy is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and an instructor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In the 13 years since opening her health coaching practice, she has coached, mentored, and educated thousands of women in individual, group, corporate, and healthcare settings. Merritt specializes in behavioral change, women’s health and hormones, and cancer prevention. She has recently taken her coaching on the road, fulfilling her dream of being a digital health coach and working from all over the world. Costa Rica is one of Merritt’s favorite destinations and she looks forward to returning with you all and co-leading an exciting and nurturing experience.
Tara Grajal is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Founder of The Pura Vida Protocol, a comprehensive 12-week program helping women in perimenopause find relief from anxiety, overwhelm, and panic through natural, sustainable lifestyle shifts. The methodology of her program is inspired by her years in Costa Rica, where she immersed herself in the rhythms, culture, and lifestyle factors that support health and happiness. Her time in Costa Rica’s famed Blue Zone—often ranked among the happiest places in the world—continues to inspire both her coaching and her life. Tara is excited to return to Manuel Antonio, a place that feels like home, to co-lead this retreat.
